We are thrilled to announce that Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) has successfully repurchased four of our assets. These include some of our most iconic properties: 🏢 70 Grafton Street (home to PTSB and City Break Apartments) ☕ 78-79 Grafton Street (location of Bewley’s Café) 🏙 Percy Exchange, Percy Place, Dublin 4 🏢 St James House, Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 The timing couldn’t be better, following Dublin City Council’s approval last week for the construction of the major residential development of 550 new homes at our Waterfront South Central site on Dublin’s North Wall Quay alongside the Citi building and an additional 275,000 square feet of office space. Rory Williams, CEO of RGRE, said: "This is another positive day for Ronan Group Real Estate following the news that our plans at Waterfront South Central have been given the green light by Dublin City Council. We can now forge ahead with the delivery of a large-scale office and residential development alongside the Citi building. We have an excellent portfolio of assets in development and with development potential. We can now focus our energy on that outstanding portfolio and get on with doing what we do best - building great buildings and making great communities." We would like to extend our gratitude to: Capitalflow for their continued support in funding the buy-back, Louis Burke, Michael Neary, and the team at Philip Lee LLP for advising CapitalFlow. We thank Marie O'Riordan, Darragh Blake, Mary Kiely, and the team at Eversheds Sutherland LLP (Ireland) for providing RGRE with invaluable property, banking, and corporate law guidance. We look forward to the next chapter and continuing to deliver exceptional projects that positively impact Dublin’s landscape. 🌆 Please find the link to the full story in The Business Post in the comments below. #RealEstate #PropertyDevelopment #Dublin #Northwallquay
