🎉 Global Onboarding Day at Rohde & Schwarz 🎉 We are excited to share that we have successfully conducted another Global Onboarding Day! This hybrid event invited newcomers from around the world to dive deeper into key company and strategy-relevant topics. Participants engaged through various formats, including live talks, Q&A sessions, and interactive breakout sessions focused on our culture and values, as well as insights into the market, application, and technology fields of R&S. They also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with some of our internal tools, such as ChatRS (our internal ChatGPT) and the R&S Technology Map. Of course, there was also plenty of time for the newcomers to connect with each other and expand their company-wide network. We take great pride in the international representation of our participants. Thanks to the hybrid format, we were able to offer a unified onboarding experience to all newcomers, regardless of where they joined R&S. Attendees could participate in person at our headquarters in Munich, as well as in Memmingen or Teisnach, while colleagues from international locations connected through our virtual R&S Verse event platform. A special “Thank You” goes out to our speakers, our CEO and Group President Christian Leicher and Stefan Bauer, Senior Director Corporate R&D and Innovation, along with all the colleagues who made this event a success!
