We are thrilled to recognize Niraj Shah at enCourage Kids Foundation’s 40th Anniversary Gala on Thursday, March 13th, at the iconic Ziegfeld Ballroom. Niraj Shah is a Partner and serves as the Portfolio Manager for all Rockwood sponsored credit vehicles. He is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and implementing the firm's strategic direction with respect to all credit vehicles. He also serves on various Investment and Portfolio Management Committees. Previously, Niraj was a Vice President at Citi Markets & Banking, responsible for the pricing, structuring, and distribution of subordinated debt and leveraged loan positions in the Commercial Real Estate group. Prior to Citi he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Transaction Services practice, providing M&A advisory services. Niraj holds a BS in Accounting and International Business from Penn State University and is a member of the CRE Finance Council. He also sits on the Penn State Smeal College of Business Real Estate Advisory Board.
