Each day, I receive the same generic response from your support team, but no real resolution or assistance has been provided. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I am now forced to escalate this issue further. If my transaction is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to report this matter to the appropriate legal and financial regulatory authorities for investigation into potential fraudulent activity on your platform. I demand a specific resolution and timeline regarding my pending Solana transaction. I expect a detailed response (not another automated email) that explains: Why my transaction has been stuck for five days The exact status of the transaction When I can expect the funds to be credited or refunded If I do not receive a substantive response within 24 hours, I will proceed with filing complaints with the SEC, FINRA, and CFPB, as well as any other relevant authorities overseeing digital asset transactions.
