Our 2025 All Company Meeting was a fantastic way to kick off the year for RDC! Held at the Fishers Event Center, we brought together over 130 teammates to celebrate the achievements of 2024, inspire the team for the year ahead, and honor the outstanding individuals who contribute to RDC’s success. The team got to end the evening with their families and coworkers at an exciting Indy Fuel Hockey Club game!   At this year’s event, we recognized outstanding individuals who exemplify our Core Values with the RDC Gold Standard Awards: Teamwork: Derek Philbee & Kathryn Jerrell Innovation: Jeff Gowen & Annah Van Gheem Integrity: Tony Meek Positivity: Scott Smith   A special congratulations to Chris Bellamy, this year’s Bob Dietrick Attitude Award recipient! This award is given by the Dietrick family to someone who truly lives out all four of our Core Values.   The Gregg Homola Hustle Award recognizes an individual who consistently goes above and beyond in the field, dedicating their time, energy and effort all year long. Selected by Greg Whaley, our Director of Operations, this year's inaugural recipient is Andy Sinkiewicz!   We also celebrated some incredible tenure milestones, and are so grateful for these teammates' dedication to RDC: 10 Years: Jayson Stuffel, Lee Hanford, Travis Radford, Tim Wetherald 20 Years: Ryon Woodrum, Pat Feeney, Greg Heil 30 Years: Chris Bellamy   Congratulations to our Technicians of the Year, too! David Malachi, Jeremy Biddle, Bobby Perry, and Andy Sinkiewicz were all recognized for their efforts to deliver exceptional service to our customers.   Finally, a special thank you to Bryan Neale from Blind Zebra, Jason Meyer from Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, and Bill Gettings and Scott Busch, CFP®, CIMA® from Gettings Reed Financial for joining us and making this event even more impactful.   We are grateful to our entire team and everyone who worked hard to make this event such a success. Here’s to another great year at RDC!
