My Thoughts: I resonate with this sentiment deeply. Over the past few months, I’ve participated in several interviews, received positive feedback, and yet, in many cases, the process just seems to fade away without closure. As someone actively seeking new opportunities, I’ve realized how challenging and uncertain the job search journey can be, even when you’re qualified and prepared. To recruiters and hiring managers, I truly appreciate the effort that goes into hiring, but a bit of transparency or constructive feedback goes a long way in supporting candidates through the process. To fellow job seekers, I know it’s tough, but let’s keep pushing forward. Our persistence will pay off. If anyone knows of a role in Frontend , I’d be grateful for your recommendations or connections. Let’s support one another during these challenging times.

It's not an EasyApply application which means you're asking highly paid professionals to spend time on repetitive data entry. To be clear, it's outside my field and I have no intention of applying to this particular role either way. I'm speaking up for the quiet, frustrated applicant pool — almost all of whom will not be selected for this role — whom you are asking to spend an otherwise productive portion of their day on data that they've already been made available in a format your systems can ingest. I highly recommend enabling EasyApply and similar options.
