I gained a lot about the impact that AI and other apps are having on our environment and it was great to learn about how you are working towards a better green future. I got to meet and learn from fantastic leaders working in the energy sector focusing on making our lives better. Great event, every moment was learning moment.
Thanks Sri Purisai for inviting me to the panel and the lively discussions through the afternoon. Frankly, I hadn’t paid much attention to the energy footprint of AI until this event. It behooves all of us working on AI applications to look at not just the cost per LLM token, but also the carbon footprint we are leaving behind indirectly. For the Zai team at Zvolv we have set an agressive goal to reduce our energy footprint per agent by 10x this quarter alone. All the best to the Chakra fund team!
