To mark our 152nd anniversary, we've gone through our archives to uncover the lesser-known items that tell our story. One of these is the "armchair of the viceroy", a piece passed to us in 1873 upon the acquisition of the Rio Tinto mines, which now sits in the Minas de Riotinto Town Museum in Spain. To guide us through this historical trove, we turned to our corporate archivist, Jacqui. "My role involves collecting, organising, and providing access to sources that illuminate the company’s past and help it plan for the future," Jacqui says. 📖 Discover the treasures hidden in our archives: https://lnkd.in/gHQcYyHB
