One thing that was really unexpected was the ability to get team members in and turn them into sales professionals. Just right off the bat, being able to walk through that process with them. It's no longer weeks or months, it's within a day or two. They can actually be out there interacting with the customers. It's really fluid. It makes them feel more confident and it's such a better interaction for our customer.
