We just wrapped up the first ever Rilla Masters Conference. We sold 762 tickets. But we had more than 800 people show up. The customers who were present generate over 200 billion dollars in annual revenue combined. We had the best sales leaders in the country - Tommy Mello and Kathryn Howard among others. And the best sporting personalities in history - Coach Saban and Billy Beane We gave away a trip to Hawaii. A trip to New York. 600 free AirPods 4. And a brand new F150 raptor truck. We did the first ever AI hackathon for the trades - our engineers build a new product for our customers live at the conference. We launched the best product we’ve ever launched - more on that later. And we onboarded over 600 people to that new product LIVE at the conference. I can say with confidence that this is the best thing I have ever been a part of. And the best thing that the entire Rilla team has ever done. Our post conference survey has the Rilla Masters NPS at 80. Ace SN Mendiola is an absolute goat of events. I’m so happy you stopped doing events at iHeart to come and put amazing shows for our customers. We’ve set the bar high with this one, so the pressure is on brother! #islandalliance. The thing I loved the most about this conference was getting to see so many of our customers. And so many of the people who have believed in us from the beginning. And seeing how happy we were able to make them. And how much they love the product we’ve built for them. I ran into Zach Caro from Helio Green Tech and I couldn’t hold back the tears. Zach was customer number 3 at Rilla. I sold Rilla to him back in January 2022. Our first month of sales. I sold him the product, onboarded him and his sales people on to it, and I was his customer support rep. Rilla was a 4 person company at the time. I remember having to get on calls with Zach at 5am in the morning to get his feedback on the product because I had no other time in the day that was open. And he graciously made himself available to tell me everything that was wrong with the product and how we could improve it. It was sooo cool seeing Zach at the masters and seeing how happy he was to see how far we’ve come. We wouldn’t have made it without you or the thousands of customers who gave us their vote of confidence. I don’t want to keep rambling.
