Dear All (Managing Director), We purchased Reve Antivirus software in bulk from Reve Systems Private Limited during the last two years. However, our customers are facing issues with updates, as the antivirus is not functioning as expected. This has led to dissatisfaction among our clients, with some even threatening legal action. After many emails already sent to you regarding this issue, the only assurance we received is on this point, but no resolution. We have sold the said products to many corporate clients, but because of this issue, they are threatening legal action against us as well as against Reve Systems. Due to this behavior, not only is the company's reputation being affected, but as a dealer, our reputation in the market is also getting damaged We were expecting that the company would give us a proper email/correspondence for discontinuation of the product with an end date of service so that we could switch to any other alternative within time. However, the company stopped the Antivirus update and is still activating the new Antivirus license.
