On Wednesday evening, we hosted Accelerate Action, our Women's History Month networking event. With 91% of the survivors we serve at Restore being women, this conversation was especially meaningful. Human trafficking disproportionately affects women, often in the workplace, making spaces like this crucial for awareness, advocacy, and action. We're grateful to our Fireside Chat speaker, Haylee Alexander; moderator Travis Tinney; and panelists, Jazzmin-May Carroll, Janai Jackson, Dana Alkhouri MPP, MBA, Jianan Z., and Hannah Joly. Their insights on claiming a seat at the table, taking bold risks, and championing women’s empowerment were truly inspiring. Special thanks to Peach & Lily for graciously hosting us in their beautiful space. 📢 These conversations remind us that real change requires action, advocacy, and courage. Take action today by supporting survivors.
