A little bit of advice that I have received from from our Edward Jones, Managing Partner and CEO, Penny Pennington, She is a big fan of falling in love with the problem. This this one doesn't really cost anything, but I think it can unlock a lot of great value for our profession. So it's a concept of really understanding deeply what the problem is, being curious about what. Potential solutions might be, um, when we can solve or unlock a problem, we can really leave our organizations and our world in a much better place.
