Welcome to LA Top Gun 2025, excited to be here celebrating 2024 successes with all the loan officers. So if you know the movie Top Gun, that captured the idea of what we're trying to articulate here, what that means that Renovo is you originate $50 million or more. In a year and you're invited to be a Top Gun at Renovo. Renovo values client relationship so much. When you like who you do business with, it makes selfishly things easier on a day-to-day basis. I'd argue that we're probably the best of what we do in our space in terms of how much we care about our clients. What more could you ask for to help people build the financial lives that they've always dreamed of? Top Gun contributes to Renovo success through just bringing like minded people together. I think a big part of Renovo is that we're all rowing in the same direction and we're all working. To one big goal and this is a big time where we can all celebrate and move the goal posts a little bit further and continue to build our business. I had a client say to me a few weeks ago that they look at my team as an extension of their team. That really resonated with me because that's really the goal. What I would say to other women in this space is especially being a very male dominated place, do not be intimidated by that Have your goals set and just really follow through Growing up in Chicago, obviously I've always known of. Chris, what I kind of was hoping for is asking Chris to please come to our Renovo Top Gun event and really show our team an example of somebody who has won championships at the highest level and stayed in the game for 26 years. The reason I love working at Renovo is, you know, I'll say the same thing that I say to customers and at the end of the day, we're all doing the same thing. It's lending money, but none of them have the culture that Renovo has. Nobody is invested in in you and becoming better, and that's the big reason why. And I really. I hope everyone leaves LA with some excitement, some vision for their future and leaving as as a team and ready to do Top Gun 2026.
