Growth Starts Where Perfection Ends. At #ReliableMedical, we believe the best careers—and the best teams—are built not on flawless execution, but on continuous learning. When mistakes happen (and they will!), the real opportunity isn’t in defending them—it’s in learning, adapting, and moving forward stronger than before. Whether you’re a job candidate exploring new opportunities, an ATP embracing innovation, or a caregiver learning as you go—progress happens when we stay open to growth. As our Chief People Officer, Katie Stevens recently shared, mistakes aren’t failures; they’re signals. They show us where we can improve, how we can serve others better, and what’s possible when we choose reflection over self-preservation. If you’re looking for a workplace that values resilience, learning, and purpose-driven work, we’d love to connect. 📖 https://lnkd.in/guec5kEf #ReliableMedical #Careers #Leadership #GrowthMindset #WorkCulture #NowHiring
Katie, I loved the article and it rings true on many levels both personally and professionally. There is another side that we sometimes forget as leaders. When we win and are successful, we have a tendency to want to keep doing it the same old proven way. We fail to adapt to our successes and periodically go back and take a deep dive into what truly made our team successful. The hardest lesson to learn as a leader of a successful team is to learn that they were success in spite of you not because of you. Once a leader can look in the mirror, then they can learn those lessons you have pointed out. Keep influencing those around you! Cheers!
