We often talk about how lucky we are that they talk as if this is their company too. And it is right. They everyone's got a stake in this thing to be successful. So while we might be the owners of the organization, truly everyone feels like they are part of this thing and wanting it to be successful. Not just about their success, which in our industry can be very siloed, yes, can feel like it's just about you. But we've really, I think through this intentional process of making sure we're putting our people first, we've really been able to build. Camaraderie and this sense of ownership without having to say anything. I mean, it's just been very natural and natural part of the progression that we've seen. We feel very lucky about that.
