In Loch Craignish, Scotland, ReefCircular ApS and Seawilding installed 30 temporary artificial oyster reef modules to test Aegironite®, our proprietary bioconcrete reef material made from shell waste. ReefCircular attached a total of 600 oyster spat to the reefs to monitor the growth and mortality rates over time and give the oysters a head start on life.
