Just ported Luke's Rust-based MOQ-API to a Cloudflare Worker with Durable Objects. His was a web server front end for Redis, which is fine for a POC, but may not scale well. My thinking is a CFW DO can be used to create a scalable and global synchronized directory of MOQ CDN streaming origins.
