What's better than being out under the beautiful Colorado sun? ☀ Getting to do soil density and concrete testing under the beautiful Colorado sun! 😎 In my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various aspects of the geological/geotechnical & construction industry, from engineering all the way to sales and IT. I’ve come to realize just how important variety is to me. It definitely wasn’t something I understood right away, but something I discovered by embracing different opportunities and saying yes to new things! Whether it was conducting tests in the field or lab, engaging in business development, or drafting detailed reports - trying out different roles helped me find what motivates me and the type of environment I thrive in. The biggest thing I've learned thus far? I really just love being around and working with people in general. To anyone exploring their career path, I say....try everything!
