We conducted very comprehensive heat profile and airflows on four new 90m DGF and Hybrid biscuit ovens here in Sydney using an early version of SCORPION dataloggers in the late 90's. The ovens were fitted with an experimental system fitted within the extraction air plenums to balance heat across the oven band, the data captured by the SCORPION correlated with the computational fluid dynamic and modelling by the partner university our company used to develop the concept.
