Here are my key reflections: The Wall Street Journal (WJS Tech Live) 1️⃣ . Start NOW with AI! Discovering the right business case takes time, so don’t wait. Start exploring and iterating ASAP. 2️⃣ Leverage your own data – It’s your company’s secret weapon. Don’t go looking elsewhere. Your unique data sets the bar for competitors! 3️⃣ Keep your data in-house: Bring AI to your data, not the other way around. Handing over data leads to average AI models… and average results. 4️⃣ AI = Business transformation. First, iterations will likely fail, but flexibility and resilience in your strategy will make the difference. 5️⃣ It’s an iterative process – Adjust, learn, improve. From the AI+Robotics Summit: 1️⃣ Robots are not just workers but data collectors.
