Opportunity Share! But let's side bar a bit while here. The world of work is changing. Can you feel it? The 8-5 job is going down. The flexible job is going up. Both are here to stay. And one more thing: RIP to Job Titles. Our next job positions might well be described by 20 words, not 2. I want Rocket Jobs to champion this future. I want the old out. I want the new in. And I'm wondering how to set up our platform, so that job titles like: 'individual to lead 1hr weekly call, highly skilled in AWS for Software engineering' ...can be posted. Or 'person to do sales but also follow up on payments'. Or 'person to handle front office as well as manage logistics for our team'. To reflect the reality of jobs we now see today. These are my personal musings on what I think is a big issue. If you spent your time reading all of this, share yours as well.
