Range Truck Group’s Post

We think a lot about the "market gap" in the space of commercial EVs. It's a big part of what inspired us to start the business. What do we mean by "market gap"? Specifically as it relates to commercial EVs, there's a lot of aspiration and curiosity around electric trucks. There are in fact many business running compete or partial electric fleets right now. But the availability and cost of private infrastructure for commercial EVs is behind relative to the hype. There's a gap there. We fill that gap by bringing flexible and accessible ways to TRY electric trucks in commercial business applications without a long-term commitment or extensive, up-front infrastructure. We bare the cost of infrastructure and with that the uncertainty for our customers. By trying EV equipment in their operations, customers aren't starting at zero when they're ready to buy and commit to EVs, which is (still) where the industry is ultimately going. For this reason, we're a “rental first” dealer that supports a phased, long-term approach to EV fleet transition. Smooth. Easy. Bridging "the gap". Workhorse Mullen Automotive

Electric just makes sense for last-mile delivery and service fleets—especially when the truck is built for the job like the Workhorse W56. Most routes don’t need 300+ miles of range, and that’s where we shine. With up to 150 miles per charge, the W56 is optimized for real-world operations, cutting fuel and maintenance costs while keeping businesses on the road. Great to see Range Truck Group helping more fleets see the savings firsthand!
