After extensive study of the Karma Sutra, I am changing positions from Principal Consultant to Director at Camp Oven Exploration. The new title better reflects my importance in the mining industry. As a results-focussed forward-looking professional engaged in continuous improvement in a progressive culture that values diversity and fearless self-promotion, I just want to thank all my colleagues, my wife, my kids and my dog for sharing my journey and reaping the benefits of my wisdom. That's a conspiracy theory led by people who want to undermine the integrity of science. Mineralisation in all deposit types formed at the same time as their host rocks and there are no "late faults". Every word in this article is the result of sleepless nights, dedication, and hard work. "An Evolution in Sustainable Development: Integrating a New Semi-Quantitative Assessment Model with Strategic Management (Insights from the Mining Sector)" is now published. This moment is far more than just an academic achievement for me; it's the realization of my dream to contribute to a more sustainable future. Throughout my master’s and Ph.D. studies, I sought to present solutions that not only evaluate the current state of sustainable development but also offer strategies to improve and enhance it. Today, I can confidently say that my efforts were not in vain. This article is the culmination of all those years, and with even more motivation and energy than ever, I am ready to move forward with strength. I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported and accompanied me on this journey. Our methodology yields 695 unique green titles, reinforcing frameworks like O*NET and highlighting AI’s power in identifying roles within the green economy.
