Isn't it fascinating how hyper-delivery and q-commerce are reshaping consumer experiences? I just came across a post where a CEO proudly shared that their company now includes a box of chocolates with every iPhone order, delivered in under 10 minutes! Talk about sweetening the deal. But it got me thinking—what's next? Imagine a future where you can pre-book a warm hug from the CEO for a cool million dollars. The hug, of course, would be delivered in under 10 minutes (efficiency is key), and as a 'thank you,' you'd be gifted a free apartment. Yes, you read that right—a free apartment, just for embracing this new level of customer service. While this might sound far-fetched today, it seems we're not far off from a reality where convenience, speed, and a little extra surprise become the new norm. The question is, how far are we willing to go for that 'premium' experience? #QCommerce #HyperDelivery #CustomerExperience #Innovation #FutureOfCommerce #ConvenienceCulture #TechTrends #ConsumerBehavior #BusinessGrowth #LinkedInThoughts

Walmart is at it again. The retail giant has always been at the forefront of innovation, constantly finding ways to improve the customer experience. And their latest move is no different. They've integrated voice commerce into their grocery shopping experience. Yes, you read that right. You can now add items to your Walmart grocery cart using nothing but your voice. It's a game-changer for the industry. Imagine cooking in the kitchen and realizing you're out of eggs. Just say "Hey Google, add eggs to my Walmart cart" and you're done. No need to stop what you're doing, find your phone, open the app, and type it in. This integration not only makes shopping more convenient, but it also opens up a world of possibilities for the future. Think personalized recommendations, meal planning, and so much more, all powered by voice technology. So, kudos to Walmart for taking the lead once again. The question is, who's going to follow? #voicecommerce #ecommerce #d2c

Will shoppers in the future skip the checkout lane? That's the idea that Walmart-owned Sam's Club is testing at its newest store, which opens in mid-October in the Dallas area. All customers at that club will have to use a smartphone app to ring up their purchases. The store will turn the cash register area into a display for online-only items. And there will be more space devoted to preparing e-commerce orders for pickup and delivery. What do you think of these digital features? And do you think they could help Sam's Club better compete with Costco?

The well-known wholesale retailer Sam's Club is experimenting with a new shopping experience at a fresh location in Dallas, TX. Offering a checkout-less store that requires customers to use smartphones to purchase in-store goods. The feature "Scan & Go" will be linked to customer accounts and will automatically charge them upon leaving. Moreover, Sam's Club is also rolling out new technology that will scan carts, making sure no products leave without being scanned. How will this new digital age affect customers who arent willing to switch to the "future" of shopping? Will the lack of employees have a negative impact on customer service? #MNGT361 https://lnkd.in/evXjBJBE

🚀 Why Dmart Won't Launch an E-commerce App Like Amazon🚀 🤔 Have you ever wondered why DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd hasn't ventured into the e-commerce space like Amazon? I found the answer during my shopping trip to Dmart yesterday. 🛒 Dmart stores are vast and packed with a diverse range of products, from food items to clothing and even stationery. With over 1000+ different things to choose from, something fascinating happens – according to human psychology, we make impulsive decisions. 🔍 Sure, you can get the same things online, but there's something about the physical shopping experience that matters the most. You get the item instantly, without waiting, and you often end up buying things you didn't initially plan for, but actually need. So, there you have it – the reason why Dmart thrives with its physical stores and doesn't need an e-commerce app. 🏬✨ #RetailExperience #ShoppingPsychology #ConsumerBehavior #BrickAndMortar #RetailTherapy #ImpulseBuying #Dmart #Ecommerce #RetailIndustry #CustomerExperience #PhysicalStores #InstantGratification
