Rob McCargow thanks for sharing. Given the visibility and scale of PwC and your impact leader role would be great to see use of () after any mention of AI to give context on the topic. Senior leaders and C suite I talk to including a new UK group of around 150 CTOs in a new AI group, the question I get them to ask is what type of AI? It's too broad, deep and fast moving. We need to bring to simply clarity to the areas. I use Process Automation, Machine Leanring and Artificial Intelligence as the 3 main groupings. Then break down using (). E..g AI (generative) or AI (interpretive). This simple hack has proven to simplify and empower all our learning journeys. Could you and PwC take a lead on this? Vendors like Microsoft & Oracle continue to NOT do this and it confuses and maintains a level of mystery, confusion and vagueness. E.g you wouldn't say I'm a science expert. You'd say I'm a rocket science specialist. My collective term is "synthetic knowledge and automation capabilities". Much more descriptive and highlights that AI isn't a tool, or a single entity but a wider ecosystem and capability.

The UN Organization is charting a strategic people first and human-centric course for how AI can power faster, smarter, and more equitable humanitarian response. As a stellar servant, authentic, visionary and transformational leader with world-class experience, I play my part successfully. As the UN Global Climate Champion, I demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence with purpose and an unwavering digital mindset.
