It’s bad enough that drug manufacturers have implemented countless unlawful tactics to avoid their legal obligations to 340B patients and health systems. We recently learned of a dark money campaign spreading a particularly repugnant lie in the state of Kentucky: Namely that the 340B program is being used to “subsidize health care for illegal immigrants and pay for gender transition for kids.” (The Kentucky Lantern) Conclusion?
