OK, so you mentioned that, you know, being aggressive as a number two player, you are now in a position as a number two player in Spain with Photocast and Abby Taglia going after Idealista. How aggressive do you plan on being in going after Idealista? I know certainly a couple of years ago there was a pretty aggressive campaign in the media here from Florida Casa going after Idealista. Is that something we can see again, perhaps? Yeah, Look, I think coming into this market there's there's a, you know, a lot of similarities to. Where we were at domain a few years ago in that market and there there's some things we need to focus on. I think when I think about the immediate priorities, probably for me it's just understanding the local market and understanding the capabilities we've got within the team. My sense is we've got some good assets and and positions in certain markets that we can, we can really leverage. But yeah, absolutely continue to invest particularly in audience. We we've got a, we've got a, a large chunk of our costs. Space dedicated to marketing. So you know, I feel like we can, we can certainly continue to invest.
