Seamlessly connecting Operational Technologies (OT) like PLCs, DCS, and Industrial IoT devices with enterprise systems is no small feat. UlexIoTy makes it possible by leveraging industry-specific protocols such as OPC and MQTT. For forward-thinking organizations, we implement Unified Name Space (UNS), a cutting-edge strategy that ensures scalability and readiness for future needs. Tools like HighByte, Litmus, HiveMQ, Inductive Automation, and EMQ play a pivotal role in creating these robust systems. However, we understand that the latest technologies aren’t always the best fit for every situation. That’s why we also offer traditional solutions tailored to your current operational needs, ensuring seamless data integration without unnecessary complexity. With UlexIoTy, you get a partner who bridges the gap and builds solutions that grow with you.

Are we overlooking one of the most valuable resources in construction sites? It's not materials or equipment, but data. With the rise of IoT and connected devices, our sites generate vast amounts of information daily. Yet, many firms still rely on traditional reporting methods, missing opportunities for real-time optimization. In recent projects, I've seen how harnessing this data can lead to significant improvements in resource allocation and risk management. How is your team leveraging site-generated data? Share your experiences or challenges you're facing in this area.

I’ve been reflecting on how Industry 5.0 (the collaboration between humans and advanced technology to create sustainable and personalized solutions) is already shaping future industries, with a projected $35 trillion impact by 2035. We’re almost in 2025 and still working to fully grasp and implement the principles of Industry 4.0 (focused on automation, IoT, and smart systems integrating technology and data), but the pace of progress is accelerating. The transition to Industry 5.0 is underway, moving us from automation (a stage many industries have yet to fully achieve) to human-machine collaboration, where technology doesn’t replace us but empowers us. Enjoy your reading, and pay close attention to the presented diagrams for quick and focused insights.
