Then spent nearly 3 HOURS on the phone with 3 reps—each time forced to re-explain everything because no one kept notes. NO resolution. Just broken promises and wasted time. As a loyal customer for YEARS (personally + for my business), I’m DONE. If I ran my company like this, I’d be bankrupt. 💥 Never again.
