There is no more underrated way to understand a company than diving into their product changelog.   Roadmaps are exciting, but your changelog reveals the raw reality of results and at what velocity they are actually being delivered.   At Planhat, we’ve never spent much product or tech resources on communication – it’s been all-in on the building.
