🌿 Here’s a thought that’s been on my mind lately… As a longevity expert, I’ve spent countless hours researching how to extend life and improve its quality. But you know what’s just as important as living longer? Living better. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but lately, I’ve been focusing more on balance.
