Now, what are some of the, what are some of the other data related challenges that companies face when they're implementing a new say enterprise technology system like an ERP system or other type of enterprise wide technology? What are some of the common challenges that you see? See, one of the common challenges is that they don't know the scope of the data that they must carry forward. And always Eric, what they do is they take all the baggage with them. And that's why if you now look at SAP, SAP is rise with SAP program, they say that drop your baggage, don't bring all your legacy, don't bring your, you know, keep it clean. You know, core should be clean. And that's the biggest challenge. And you know, what is it? Because that data has been created a decade ago and who created? We don't know why it was created. We don't know, but we want to carry that baggage into future. How can it be future? I mean you know it has spoiled your past already and you want to carry the data set forward. So the scope is important what you want to take it forward. And that's the reason we have defined criteria and we are almost, I think 9 out of 10 of our projects, we are part of the data strategy. We tell them don't carry everything. They say I'm going to lose it. Don't worry, you will not have any interruption into the business. The most used data set is something that you must carry. Power and that must be marked with the right kids. And we'll talk a little bit more about kids because everybody says that now I'm moving from ECC to S4 HANA or I'm moving from older ERP system to the newer system. But newer system need to have the newer classification, newer taxonomy, newer hierarchy. If it does not have that, then why are you actually carrying the whole thing? I mean, it is not at all a digital transformation. So that's why you know why our philosophy is very easy, the tools that we build. Is that connect? It's not that I will give you in Excel. No, no, no. We will connect directly to the source because then we know that whether it's the right data or not, it's not somebody is giving you, throwing you the Excel files or the text files saying that, OK, this is the data. We must take it for window, connect to the source system, collect the data, consolidate the data and then profile the data, look at the data maturity assessment, then move it forward. Otherwise, don't do it. I don't believe it.
