A little over a year ago, Sisu Clinic made a pivotal decision to shift away from agencies and the CMO role, opting for significant changes. With the invaluable support of team members Liam Scannell, Christopher Fahey Harsha S., and Harsh Rana, we transitioned into a data-first organization. This transformation demanded immense team wide dedication, ably assisted by Paul Healy and Endre Marko, yielding remarkable results. March marked a milestone for us, witnessing unprecedented growth across all business aspects (nearly 70% growth over the same period last year). Our revamped arsenal of software now features the cutting-edge Momntum AI tool, Laila, which yesterday experienced its most successful day yet (kudos Brian Kenny). While embracing innovation, we've retained the essential Phorest Salon Software (thanks Ronan Perceval and the incredible Patrick Monaghan). Every system has been meticulously reconstructed from scratch changing us to an AI driven organization, culminating in the imminent launch of a patient-centric AI tool. This upcoming tool promises to revolutionize our patients' experience even before they step foot into our clinics, heck we even incorporated Grok showcasing our commitment to advancement and an openness to display our numbers. Externally perceived as a clinical beauty-oriented entity, we internally thrive on SAAS principles, a fact reinforced by the escalating growth projections for the forthcoming year. The strides we've made in acquiring new competencies swiftly and the ongoing delivery of exceptional outcomes fill me with immense pride. Here's to an exciting year ahead!
