Petro-Canada’s Post

We are proud of our relationships with Indigenous communities across Canada and are honoured to share the opening of a new Petro-Canada in Kamloops, BC, owned and operated by Tkemlups te Secwepemc. This exciting milestone marks the 50th Indigenous-owned and operated retail site and our second with Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc. In total, we have 75 marketing relationships with Indigenous communities across our retail and wholesale network.   Thank you (Kukwstsétsemc) to the teams that brought this site opening together. If you’re in the Kamloops area, be sure to stop in and say hello!

Petro Canada Points’ customer service is horrible. They constantly took points from my account over the past few years totalling about 140,000 points and never noticed it until now. I linked my RBC credit card with my account and don’t log in to my Petro points. I escalated my concern to speak to a supervisor. When a supervisor finally called me and he was extremely rude. Constantly ignored what I had to say and hung up on me. Did this ever happen to anyone?
