There are 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, and many will require support to engage in physical activity, which will aid their recovery and benefit their overall health and wellbeing. In the second webinar in our six-part Major Conditions and Personalised Care series, Dr Sarah Moore, Associate Professor at Northumbria University and Honorary member of the Stroke Research Group at Newcastle University, will show how personalised care interventions can be used to support people to engage in long-term physical activity after a stroke in a way that works for them. The premium learning session will cover: ✅ The benefits of improving physical activity post-stroke for a person's health and wellbeing ✅ Personalised care and behavior change ✅ How to enable the implementation of a physical activity behaviour change intervention within clinical care ✅ How to embed co-design into complex intervention design This event will take place Thursday, 13 February, 12:00 - 13:00. It is available to watch live for £5.00 or you can access for free and on-demand through a PCI Plus subscription. https://lnkd.in/em9gXvdk
