How Our Ideas Went from the Competition to the Boardroom, Creating Experiences with Penguin Random House A few months ago, my team and I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a consulting competition organized by the eJoventut Association at Esade. In this challenge, Penguin Random House presented us with two interesting scenarios that required innovative solutions. This is how our proposals, "Penguin of the Month" and "Experience Day," were born—ideas we developed with great dedication and creativity with the goal of connecting with Generation Z. Yesterday, we had the privilege of culminating this experience with an unforgettable day. We started with a private tour of the new Penguin Random House warehouses, guided by their Director of Logistics, Martí Torra, who shared fascinating details about their operations. Later, we had the honor of meeting with Núria Cabutí Brull, CEO of Penguin Random House, along with the entire management committee, who gave us a warm welcome. During the meeting, we presented our proposals and had the opportunity to discuss them in depth. I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone present yesterday for their time and professionalism, which made this experience truly special. A special thanks to Marina Navarro Gonzalez  (HR Manager), who was with us every step of the way since the competition, and to Andrea Miravalles (HR Specialist), who reached out to us after winning to make this experience a reality.
