Im a physician assistant & have a positive balance in my Venmo account. Venmo has frozen my account and I have no access to my money. I have a special needs daughter with type 1 Diabetes which I need access to my funds to care for her. I’ve already contacted Venmo support, ( they hung up on me after I held on the phone x44 min) they told me to deposit 39$, they told me wait 3-5 day until they fix an internal engineering problem etc etc. I contacted Alex Chris’s, BBB, attorney general, FTC, fox 25 news and am going to draft a demand payment letter with interest next and if that leads me no where then sue Venmo. All I asked is to either unfreeze so I can use my own money or if they don’t know how to do that then transfer out my money to my linked bank so again I can use MY money. Nothing crazy. I’m beyond upset about this. Please help me resolve this issue.
Can someone please help me? You allowed fraudulently payments to be made on my account on Christmas day. I spent boxing day speaking to endless agents in your contact center and was assured the fraud would be managed, I am now getting calls from your credit control team constantly. Will someone please resolve this issues? As a loyal customer for 10+ years I am dismayed at the way I have bene treated
