In honor of Women’s History Month, our next female we would like to highlight at Patriot Group International Inc., is Geraldine. Geraldine is Construction Surveillance Technician and has worked for us for almost three years. Geraldine’s advice for beginning a career in a male dominated industry, is to not be afraid to apply for positions outside your comfort zone and not to care what society thinks. She is a firm believer in doing the best that you can and, in doing so, your best can take you wherever you want to go. Geraldine is motivated by her faith. She believes that if she does right by God, he will in return take care of her. She is motivated to always do her best, so she can have better quality of life, and not have to depend on others. Geraldine is loved by her peers. They say she has amazing work ethic and is always willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needs it. She truly makes anyone she meets feel important and appreciated. She is consistently recognized by her managers as an outstanding employee, who takes pride in her work. In Geraldine’s free time she likes to listen to music, go out dancing specifically line dances and slides, read the bible, write poetry, and enjoys spending time with her family.
