When disaster strikes, heroes rise. The recent wildfires in LA caused devastating losses, leaving many displaced and in need of help. Amid the tragedy, stories of courage, kindness, and resilience have emerged. At NewsBreak, we asked ourselves: How can we contribute and help Los Angeles? Our team came up with a simple but powerful idea—shine a light on the unsung local heroes who stepped up in the face of disaster. We partnered with local Los Angeles NewsBreak contributors to spotlight these unsung local heroes who stepped up to protect their local communities.
