Details on each of these: (If you're interested) 1. Million Dollar Sellers is a community that helps successful Amazon sellers scale even bigger. We have around 700 members right now. Many have dropped out because they sold their company and retired. 2. JoinBrands is a place where brands can find creators (and vice versa) to get UGC made. This is a great tool for companies and a great hustle for content creators who want gigs and exposure. When you help others win, you win too.

Here lies the start line of our 23-stage onboarding process 🏁 Onboarding a new brand into the push-pull agency ecosystem is the most labour intensive part of any journey with a client. It requires all areas of business to work together to get the brand in a primed position, ready to scale on Amazon. It sets out key milestones each team needs to complete before we are “retail ready”, which means: ☑ Product training from the brand. ☑ Key stakeholders from our Advertising, SEO and Support teams assigned to service the client. ☑ The weekly report, control sheet and forecast build prepped. ☑ The runway set for design work, keyword research and asset creation. ☑ The estimated timeline for completion. Time is everything. We may have a growing team of 20+ incredible minds *but* that doesn’t mean a conveyor belt of clients onboarded every month! Instead, we prefer to work with the right clients and build lasting partnerships born out of the level of detail we pour into every opportunity. #Amazonagency #Amazongrowth #Agencyfounder #PushPullAgency #agencygrowth #amazonstrategy #amazonchannel #sellercentral

You might recognize some of these brands on Amazon. I’m proud to say I was the one behind the creative and excited to share a glimpse into my work. I have one small favor to ask—please like, comment, or share to help this post reach others who might be looking for someone with my skill set (it really does help). I remain open to new opportunities and am eager to continue my focus on consumer products, an area I'm deeply passionate about. Designing for products involves more than just aesthetics; it requires competitor research, strategic creativity, testing, and ongoing monitoring. It's this blend of challenges that makes working in this space truly exciting for me. Joining Thrasio and later Perch was a pivotal and rewarding move in my career journey. It allowed me to showcase my abilities, discover my true passion, and grow professionally. I’ve handled a wide range of responsibilities, including: - Creative strategy - Competitor research - Brand development - Designing - Team leadership - Interviewing and training - Project management - Process development - Reviewing and providing feedback on projects - Coordinating and managing photoshoots - Budget management (implemented cost-saving strategies resulting in a >40% reduction in budgeted costs per project at Perch) My skill set is diverse—I'm equally adept at editing videos, web/app design, or package design to name a few. If there's something I don't know how to do, I'm committed to learning it. I approach my work with dedication, treating the brands I work on as if they were my own. I consistently set high standards for myself and my team, a fact my past colleagues can attest to. I can bring significant value to any company but I just need one to take a chance—I promise I won't disappoint. If you've read this far, thank you for your time and any help you can offer! Why #Amazon Created the Education Centre for Creators ? Amazon’s Education Centre for Creators is a smart move that goes beyond helping creators—it’s about growing Amazon’s ecosystem. Here’s why: 1)Supporting Creators: By giving creators the tools to grow, Amazon ensures more authentic, high-quality content on its platform. 2) Building Loyalty: Creators who succeed on Amazon are more likely to stick around, turning the platform into a long-term partner. 3) Tapping into the Creator Economy: As more creators thrive, Amazon benefits from increased traffic and engagement, creating a stronger community. Creating a Win-Win: Amazon supports creators, and in return, creators fuel Amazon’s growth with fresh content and more consumer interaction. In short, Amazon’s helping creators to help itself—and it’s a clever strategy that benefits everyone involved

I recently took a break from posting about Amazon. But let me tell you, it wasn't because I lost interest! I just needed some time to breathe and rethink my strategy. 🌸 After consistently sharing content, I was getting good leads (Alhamdulillah) I started to wonder if taking a step back was a smart move. But then it hit me: halting my posts would ruin the presence I’ve built. I decided I need to keep mixing personal branding with Amazon content. 🌸 Here’s my message to everyone: if you constantly get a lead, don’t stop posting! You might think, “Why bother if I already have leads?” But that’s the wrong mindset! When you pause, you risk losing the trust you've built over months. Remember, it takes time for people to trust you. If you stop now, rebuilding that trust will be a long road. So, stay consistent! Keep your presence alive! Your audience is watching, and they want to see you thrive. Let’s keep the momentum going and grow together!

Amazon Full Service Solo Agency: 5+ Years of Hilarious Hindsight Goals vs. Systems: The Saga of Setting Myself Up for Disappointment When I started, my goals were so lofty they needed their own zip code. Little did I know, the real game changer would be to dream up goals so big they'd scare my bills away for good. Reality check: My success rate for hitting goals by sheer force of will was a whopping 0%. Nada. Zilch. But when I switched gears to a system-driven approach? I started smashing those goals like a pro at a piñata party. Here's the kicker: No matter how many goals I hit, I'm never satisfied. There's always room to tweak, enhance, and finesse. It's the curse of the perfectionist, and it's what keeps my Agency ahead of the curve. Part of my genius system? Good ol' Dropbox, transformed into a fortress of organization. Each client gets a meticulously curated folder that holds: - Agreement Docs: Because we need to keep it official. - Company Docs: Featuring the ever-thrilling SDS sheets, patents, and test reports. - Sorted by SKU and version. Carousel images, logos in all shapes and sizes, and A+ content—all lined up like beauty pageant contestants. - FlatFiles: Because what's more fun than spreadsheeting title and bullet changes by SKU and version? - Appeals: A graveyard of every listing shutdown or hiccup. - Miscellaneous: A drawer for all those things you don't know where else to put but might need someday. Turns out, systems aren't just for geeks—they're my secret sauce for crushing goals and eyeing the next big leap. Watch out, world; this system's set to launch. #amazon #amazonfba #amazonseller
