A little something custom we finished up yesterday, I say little, meaning 17.5" diameter 1/4" thick photo engraving with 1/4" raised letters, was definitely a learning experience and fun. Hit us up with your custom projects! #CreatingDreamsIntoReality

Part 4 of our #ShareAStoryMonth is here and its another inspirational story about everyday struggles! If you want to read the full blog head over to our website here: https://loom.ly/yeeAHuw #access ID: Light Blue background. At the top in a darker cyan coloured text is "#ShareAStory" the font makes it look like it has been handwritten. Just below that towards the left hand side of the page is a cartoon looking notepad with a quote on it from the blog. It states: “All this time my son, feeling unwell, fatigued, facing pains he’s never experienced before- and asking…Why me?” To the right even with the top of the notebook is a stack of post it notes (Green on the top and the same cyan blue colour used for the text underneath) It says: "Read the full blog on our website!" Underneath the post it note stack, in the bottom right corner, is a stack of 6 books all facing different directions. From the bottom the colours are: Pink, yellow, blue, pink and 2 greens on top.

It’s the last day of July?!? Can time like, slow down? ⏰ Tomorrow, we will be introducing a brand new topic for the month of August that we are so excited to share! Until then, please enjoy these fun and creative humpback whale DIYs!✨🐳 First, “Humpback Whale Storybook”: Materials: •Blank book or several sheets of paper bound together •Markers, crayons, colored pencils •Stickers or stamps (optional) Instructions: Create the Storybook: Prepare a blank book or bind several sheets of paper together. Write and Illustrate: Have kids write a short story about a humpback whale's adventure. They can illustrate each page with drawings, stickers, or stamps. Share the Story: Once completed, let kids read their storybook to family members or friends. This can be a fun way for them to practice storytelling and creativity. Lastly we have, “Humpback Whale Collage”: Materials: •Magazines, newspapers, or old calendars with ocean or whale images •Large sheet of paper or poster board •Scissors Glue or a glue stick Instructions: Gather Materials: Collect various images related to the ocean and whales from magazines or newspapers. Cut Out Images: Have kids cut out pictures of whales, ocean scenes, or related marine life. Create the Collage: Arrange and glue the cut-out images onto the large sheet of paper or poster board, creating a vibrant underwater scene with a focus on humpback whales. Add Details: Encourage kids to add their own drawings or additional decorations to personalize the collage. Happy creating!🎨😊 — #DIY #crafts #wednesday #nonprofit #nonprofitorganization #minnesota #family #children #july #summer #story #summervibes #humpbackwhale #marinelife #oceanlover #oceanconservation #aeonforocean

3. 🎯 From Soap to IT: How Resilience Shaped My IT Journey When I completed my schooling program, securing a job with just my certificate proved difficult. I had learned photography before then and thought it might be a good idea to dive into it. But there was a hurdle—I didn’t have the money to buy photo equipment. Instead of giving up, I decided to pick up another simple skill to raise funds. Within two weeks, I was making and selling liquid soap, stain removers, and aftershave, going from house to house to deliver these products. Every bit of profit was saved, and after a few months of hard work, I was finally able to buy a second-hand laptop and a camera. That was the turning point. Photography exposed me to editing tools and software, pushing me deeper into the world of IT. What started as a way to make ends meet turned out to be the launchpad for my tech career. Looking back, I’m grateful for every step of this journey—the struggles, the skills I picked up along the way, and the unexpected opportunities that led me to where I am today. Sometimes, the road to your passion takes unexpected turns, but those turns often lead you to where you’re meant to be. #Resilience #MyJourney #TechTransformation #PhotographyToIT #Gratitude #CodingWithChinonye, #STEMInnovation

As a mental health charity, manually booking and organising therapy sessions costs you time and money. ⌛ It takes 6 emails to arrange a time with a therapist for counselling. 🕥 It can take up to 10 days from initial email to therapy session. 💷 The salary cost equivalent in admin time spent organising and managing counselling sessions is about £18,000 - £30,000 a year! The more therapists you manage, the greater the admin burden and longer it takes for patients to get support. If you're interested in finding out how to automate the entire counselling delivery process saving your charity time and money, check out a link to our Paranimo Counselling Engine page below: 👇

Seasons greetings from the friendly bearded fellows at Iron Lotus Creative! Something new for the end of the year. We haven't talked about it much. You're hearing about it first. Photography (and now videography!) have given us both so much. The freedom to be our own bosses (well, to have all of our clients be our bosses!); the pride of owning our own businesses and setting our own hours (well, to feel like we're working all the time!); the fun of turning a hobby into a job (well, at least we get to buy cameras). We know our prices are too high for some folks' budgets. And that's OK. It's intentional. If we said yes to everyone, we'd be overworked, overstressed, and wouldn't be able to be creative. Creatives need space to breathe to keep doing what they're doing. So, in order to help tell important stories for people we'd love to help but normally couldn't, we've implemented a 10% Back program. We’re now publicly committed to supporting our community by donating at least 10% of our net profit each year via free photo and video content to non-profits, small businesses, or people with important stories that we feel need telling. Spread the word. If you or someone you know -- a super small non-profit, a new small business with big ambitions, or someone with just a really powerful story that NEEDS to be told -- wants to apply, here's the link. xoxo, S&D https://lnkd.in/gPeeQ4ZB #northwestarkansas #nwa #fayettevillear #springdalear #rogersar #bentonvillear #arkansas #arkansascreative #commercialphotography
