Owrey Construction recently completed a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA) in Brenham, TX. This build-to-suit project spans a 40+ acre campus and totals 90,591 SF. The new campus includes a standalone maintenance facility, storage facility, covered inspection facility, pipe yard, a 55,000 SF pilger manufacturing facility, and a corporate office building.
