𝐆𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 After more than a decade of committed service, Geir Sekkesaeter has announced his departure from OSM Thome, effective April 1st, to fully dedicate his time to his role with Ray Shipping Group. Reflecting on his journey, Geir shared: “Twelve years ago, I joined OSM as CEO, following in the footsteps of the founder, Bjørn Tore Larsen. It has been a truly rewarding chapter — one filled with meaningful relationships, bold decisions, and collective accomplishments. I leave OSM Thome with a full heart, proud of what we achieved together and deeply appreciative of the many colleagues and partners who made this journey so special.” During his tenure, Geir played a key role in shaping OSM’s strategic direction and strengthening its global standing in ship management. Serving as CEO from 2013 to 2019 and Managing Director thereafter, he has been an instrumental part of the company’s growth. Geir will also continue to contribute as an advisor to the OSM Thome board. Bjørn Tore Larsen, Chairman of OSM Thome, added: “Geir’s leadership has left a lasting mark.
