Don't know about you, but my head is spinning with all the crazy changes so far in 2025. One thing that is NOT changing is the great programming for the LTC Discussion Group. Our February 19th session explores "Which LTC Support Policies are Best for Family Caregivers?" It combines findings from focus groups with caregivers with survey data analysis to compare the likely financial outcomes associated with various policy preferences expressed by the focus group participants. How well do they line up? Go to www.ltcdiscussiongroup.org and register for the session to find out.

Interesting article related to Long Term Care. It appears that there is a need for more education around LTC options for all age groups. Planning is key and getting a policy in place while you are young and healthy is a great idea. "More guidance is needed. Many survey respondents want support (44%) when they are selecting long-term care coverage, with 31% citing a lack of information about their options as a barrier to buying." https://lnkd.in/emyPaQkx

When it comes to individual health insurance, you typically have one small window of time to sign up. The open enrollment period runs from November through January in most states. But if life throws an unexpected curveball your way, you may qualify for a special enrollment period. Learn more about SEPs in our new video: https://lnkd.in/gf2nrAEc #video #healthinsurance
