Natural talent only takes us so far. 🐣 Many leaders aren't born able to connect and inspire. But they choose to keep moving forward, turning failures into powerful lessons that help them excel far beyond mere giftedness. 🐦🔥 This International Women’s Day we’re looking back at some of the incredible leaders we’ve encountered in our work, including many amazing women who overcame systemic barriers to become successful decision-makers, mentors, and visionaries. Curious to see more? This is just a wee snippet of the content we developed for an Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies program at the Peter Lougheed Leadership College, which features insights from entrepreneurs, performers, politicians, professors, coaches, and executives right here in Canada. 🍁 Courses are open to all undergrads at the University of Alberta. That was a great course for having a huge array of different voices modelling leadership in different ways. A lot of business-oriented content fails to properly show learners the breadth of worlds their lessons apply to.
