Urgent Complaint - Repeated Issues with OLA Scooter (Ticket #07305340) I purchased my OLA scooter from the Kallakurichi branch on 30/08/2024. At the time of purchase, I was promised that all services would be handled at the Kallakurichi branch with no service charges. In just 4 months, it has broken down 4 times due to the same software issue. Each time, I've had to spend thousands on towing and service charges: 1st Breakdown: ₹7,000 (Towing) + ₹300 (Service) For tiruvannamali branch 2nd Breakdown: ₹4,000 (Towing) + ₹300 (Service) 3rd Breakdown: ₹4,000 (Towing) + ₹300 (Service) 4) Fourth Breakdown (Right after the last service): Yet again, the scooter failed. This time, they towed the vehicle to Kallakurichi, and I had to spend another ₹4,300. I am not willing to waste any more money due to your incompetent service! Despite multiple complaints, OLA refuses to provide a permanent fix. Their incompetent technicians only apply temporary patches, and I keep getting charged for their mistakes. This is daylight robbery! I demand a permanent solution, replacement, or refund. If this continues, I'll be forced to take legal action and expose this scam publicly. फरवरी 2025 में लांच हुई ओला रोडस्टर एक्स जिसका प्राइस 85000 से 1.85 लाख की एक शोरूम प्राइस पर रखा गया पर जैसे ही इसकी डिलीवरी की शुरुआत हुई इसमें कई सारे टेक्निकल फाल्ट आने लगे जिसे आरटीओ की तरफ से कई सारे अप्रूवल नहीं मिले पहले रिपोर्ट की बात करें तो इसमें सबसे पहले दिक्कत पाई गई बैटरी को लेकर जो की बैट्री मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम द्वारा जाती गई वहीं इसके इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर में भी कई सारी दिक्कत पाई गई आने वाले तीन से 6 महीने के अंदर ही यह बैटरी जल्दी खराब हो जाएगी इसकी सूचना दी गई जो की अभी तक लोगों के लिए सेफ नहीं है। 😂😂😂😂
Dear Team , Why there is no response from your side. Before payment your all Team members calling continuously till payment. After no one connected for scooter dilivery and problems resolution.This is the your attitude on customer problems. It's very bad experience from sales team & ola Central Team. l We have discussed over concall to hold registration for 100% Refund But still there is no communication that rto registration was on hold. Still I'm requesting to adjust 7k in extended/Refund and make scooter dilivery on high priority basis because I'm paid this amount by loan @16% . Rather than spending time with Krutrim at least have some basic to spend your time on service. Yesterday I have booked an service appointment with J P Nagar service center it was mentioned on app to reach before 7 pm, I have reached the location at 6:39 pm your service mechanic (Gunduraj and Sharath) denied taking vehicle and said the service centre is closed at 06:30 pm. Just wanted to understand how can your service centre close at 06:30?? Your service manager Pooarasan was not at the office at 06:39 pm to complaint against your mechanics. Is this a process that you set? I have driven 14 km to reach service center and I got this as a response. How can a working employee like me reach your service center before 06:30? Your mechanics are forcing us to take leave and come to repair a vehicle. What the hell is this? I want a immediate response here on this and need to understand what kind of action has been taken on your mechanic and service engineer. Each and every service center has minimum 50 vehicles for repair #cheater #fraud
