I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received after purchasing the S1 Pro scooter. I bought the S1 Pro on August 18, 2024. Unfortunately, after only 3 days of use and covering approximately 150 km, the scooter broke down. I promptly raised a ticket on August 21st regarding this issue. However, it’s been several days, and I still haven’t received any response or support from your team. The lack of communication and poor service has left me regretting my decision to purchase this scooter. I had higher expectations based on the promises of reliable post-purchase service, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. It’s crucial that you address these issues immediately and honor the service guarantees that were made at the time of purchase. For anyone considering buying this scooter, please be aware that the post-purchase support has been extremely disappointing. If you purchase this scooter, you may end up wasting both your time and money, as getting issues resolved appears to be a major challenge. So once more,I tell you guys don’t buy this scooter

We shouldn't call it OLA; it feels more like LALA. It seems like the company is more focused on making profits rather than providing good customer service. It’s frustrating when the focus is only on selling, often at the expense of the customer's experience. Truly disappointing.
