We have a lamination process for adhering fabric to our fiberglass substrates that involves using heat and pressure to make the fabric stick. There's a cooling element to this process that uses city water to cool the the product down on its way out of the laminator. Normally this cooling water would go down to city water drain, but we reuse it for our paint line washer to rinse the parts. Clean before application of powder paint. Also there's a a warming element to the water that assists with the the rinsing action. So it's a little bit better than using just plain cold city water for that process. The benefits are a reuse of the water and this would be 3500 gallons or about 13 cubic meters of water per day that would otherwise go down the city water drain is now being used basically twice in that it's being used to rinse the parts clean and also the fact that. It's a few degrees warmer than city water helps with that process.
