The greatest challenges human race face in their daily lives can be split into two segments: 1. The challenge of where to start 2. The challenge of when to stop Merry X’mas & Happy New Year to all and may the new begining a fresh start……

How to Become a More Thankful Person

I am always thankful to my very first boss... Sir Olan - he hired me not because of me physically not qualified, but because he believed that I can do the job. During the interview (way back 2004): Sir Olan said: "The position your applying for is somewhat like a Hotel Front desk Officer, most Front Desk Personnel are about 5'4 to about 5'6 in height for female, you are not even 5' tall, what can you do about it? (feels like I am sinking on my chair knowing I might not gonna be hired again because I lack the height)" So I answered him (with confidence, as if): "I can still do the job even if I am not that tall! (I am 4'11 by the way), I can wear high heels while working!" Sir Olan smiled and said, "I like your answer"! And this is my very 1st formal job. I was bothered by my height before, I was not hired by most of the Retail Store I applied for, because; one, I lack the height requirement (which is a requirement before by the way) and two, I do not know how to put cosmetics, (gosh! I do not like putting heavy cosmetics on my face, and good cosmetics (before) are expensive) Below statement is true.

2024 marked a monumental leap forward for biologit. biologit MLM-AI, and the newly launched biologit Database solidified their positions as industry leaders. Exceeding the milestone of 100 enterprise licenses was not just a testament to our technological excellence but also a validation of the trust and value our partners place in our solutions. This year wasn’t only about numbers but also about innovation. The product enhancements and the launch of the database for local literature opened new possibilities for active safety surveillance, addressing the needs of enterprises globally. Each new client brought fresh challenges and opportunities, pushing us to refine our technology and expand our impact. My Year in Numbers: Personally, I thought I’d taken a quieter approach to travel this year—only to discover I’d boarded 38 flights! Living on an island, my only other choice is by boat 🚣♀️ 😅. On the ground, I represented biologit at 16 events—as a speaker, panelist, and networker. Each event was a platform to share biologit's vision, strengthen partnerships, and absorb insights from a dynamic industry. The demands of this visibility extended beyond logistics to wardrobe upgrades: my conference suits saw a stylish evolution from Massimo Dutti to Max Mara Fashion Group (thank goodness for that 50% discount!). Looking Ahead to 2025: The horizon looks even brighter for 2025. If projections hold, biologit will surpass 1,000 enterprise licenses. This isn’t just growth; it’s transformation and scale! The next year promises to amplify everything we’ve worked for—more innovation, more partnerships, and even more travel (time to strategise a more sustainable wardrobe plan).

New Years Eve is really just like any other day. It has 24 hours (which we may see more of depending on if we celebrate ‘East Coast’ or ‘West Coast’ New Years tonight). What makes it magical however is the *Possibility* that comes with an expanse of 365 unblemished days. We spend the future time in our minds like we do lotto ticket winnings (which we haven’t even bought a ticket for). We will work out more, be more adventurous, kinder to ourselves and our families. How to hold onto the magic once the days start getting spent- and the reality of the work behind the goals sets in? The *Possibility* of each day is still there, even if one or two days didn’t go as planned. It’s okay to start the clock over- even if the calendar isn’t set to turn. The magic after all is the knowing that you guide your time. May your 2025 bring all the possibilities to light.
